Welcome, Twos Team!

We are so excited for you to be joining us in The Playhouse! We will be bringing your classrooms in for a preview of large group all three Sundays in May. Knowing the following rituals and routines will help you fit in like pros and be ready for Promotion Sunday.

The Schedule

Check-in opens - 8:50 / 10:45

Centers - 8:50-9:25 / 10:45-11:10

5 min warning - 9:20 / 11:05 (clean up, line up, bathroom)

Travel - 9:25 / 11:10

Large Group - 9:30-9:50 / 11:15-11:35

Circle Time - 9:55 / 11:40

Table Time - 10:00 / 11:45

Play Time - 10:10 / 11:55

Check-out opens - 10:15 / 12:00

**Entering and Exiting**

Each class is assigned a colorful line to sit on. We will have them labeled with your current class number this Sunday. This will be the line your class will sit on even after you transition up to a Threes room.
**Entering:**
Walk down the right-hand side to your colorful line, turn, and walk all the way to the end.
Please do not allow your class to run through the vast open space of The Playhouse
**Exiting:**
The host will dismiss each class starting with the purple line.
Stand up, walk down your colorful line, and turn right to exit in a single file line.

**The Playhouse Plan**

We always do three things in The Playhouse.
**Have Fun:** The host leads a fun game that engages and creates excitement.
**Sing Songs:** The worship team reviews the Big Idea and Memory Verse and sings the worship songs.
**Learn More:** The storyteller teaches a story from the Bible.

**Your Role**

You, as small group leaders, have a huge part to play in The Playhouse. Here are some ways you can help:
Space yourselves evenly along the colorful line so that every child is within reach of a small group leader.
Participate in and redirect attention to what is happening on stage.
Kneel when asked to "stand up."
Do not take children to the bathroom during large group.

We are so excited to watch our Twos classes grow and change as you transition into Threes! If you have any questions about large group, please don't hesitate to ask. We are all on the same team!
